Healthy Back Programme

Dru Yoga UK have designed a course for non-specific back pain based on current available evidence for back pain. The programme has been designed with senior yoga teachers, an osteopath, physiotherapist and general practitioners.

Evidence based

Two randomised control studies were conducted by Bangor University to evaluate the effectiveness of the Dru Back Care Programme. The results showed statistical evidence for reduced back pain in participants, resulting in a sizeable reduction in days taking off work for back pain.
